Ken Rosenthal reports that the Yankees are close to an agreement on a 1-year $3.75M deal with free agent right-hander LaTroy Hawkins.

According to Mark Feinsand of the NY Daily News, Yankees' GM Brian Cashman has been in talks with the agent for free agent right-hander, and former Colorado Rockie, LaTroy Hawkins. Apparently, the deal could be for 1-year $3.5M.
